Students and faculty mentors have daily meetings to discuss the project in much more details. Towards to end of the week, a detailed project plan will be developed, in which the role of each student will be clearly identified based on their strengths and interests, together with their assigned tasks, the milestones of the project, and the expected project deliverables.
