Participating students need to be enrolled in an accredited U.S. university or college and be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. We will give preference to seniors, but juniors and sophomores will also be considered if they have a strong record. The applicants need to have a solid mathematical background, which includes calculus and statistics, and knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures. They also need to be proficient in Visual C++ or Java.
 

Before you start to fill in an application form, please read the following information:

Once an applicant has been accepted to the program, a response from the applicant, either accepting or declining, must be received by May 18, 2009.

To prepare your application, you may print a copy of the form (Word, PDF). This will help you gather all the information required in the form. After you fill out a copy of the form, please e-mail it to chenp@uhd.edu.

2. Transcript

Please send a copy of unofficial transcript to chenp@uhd.edu if official transcript can not arrive before the application deadline, and meanwhile send a copy of your official transcript to the following address:
